The Dormobile Land-Rover conversion added a folding roof to a standard long wheel base Land-Rover. This gives standing room when elevated. A stretcher bunk can be erected inside the roof space. Land-Rover roofs can be unbolted, so it is even possible to move a Dormobile roof from vehicle to vehicle.
