There are rule changes for 2026-2030: cars are slightly shorter, narrower and lighter, active front and rear wings (no DRS), flat floors are back, engines (ICE) remain 1.6-litre V6 turbo-charged but down to 400kW (was 630kW), MGU-H (heat) is deleted, MGU-K (kinetic) increased to 350kW (was 120kW), 100% sustainable fuel, ~70kg (was ~100kg). It is thought that lap-times may be two seconds greater but the designers are awfully cunning.
